The Points are an affluent area in Seattle's Eastside suburbs. It includes Clyde Hill, Medina, Yarrow Point, and Hunts Point. Each of these municipalities ranked in Business Week's 2010 list of the most expensive small towns in America.

The Points Communities were among the earliest places settled on the Eastside and evolved very differently from the surrounding areas of Bellevue and Kirkland.  Their terrain made them less suited to agriculture and convenient ferry service stations to Seattle.  This would result in them evolving early into sought-after locations for summer homes, large estates, and commuter suburbs.
